Product Terms
Product-specific terms for Do.Qix SaaS products. Read alongside our general Terms and Conditions.
How this document fits with the general Terms. The terms on this page apply in addition to the general Do.Qix Terms and Conditions. The general terms cover billing, cancellation, data and privacy, service levels, intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution. This page covers what is specific to each product. Where this page conflicts with the general terms, this page prevails for the product in question.
NomadIQ
NomadIQ is a multi-tenant field operations platform with offline-first mobile access, GPS-verified check-ins, and per-company branding.
Pricing
Custom per organisation, based on number of staff, vehicles, tenants, and integration scope. Contact us for a quote. Detailed pricing and operational terms specific to your engagement will be issued in your service agreement at the time of quotation.
Data residency
Hosted on South African infrastructure. The data and privacy commitments in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply.
Mobile data
The mobile PWA caches data offline. Sync requires connectivity. We are not responsible for data lost due to device failure or device replacement before a successful sync.
VendIQ
VendIQ is a retail intelligence platform for FMCG retailers and vending operators, providing rate-of-sale, distribution gap, and exit-stock analytics.
Pricing
Tiered by number of stores, SKUs, and report volume. Contact us for a quote. Detailed pricing and operational terms specific to your engagement will be issued in your service agreement at the time of quotation.
Data sources
VendIQ ingests POS and stock data you provide or grant access to. Accuracy of analytics depends entirely on the quality and completeness of your inputs.
AI-generated summaries
Executive summaries, ABC classifications, and gap analyses are produced by automated systems. They are advisory and should be reviewed by a human before being used to make commercial decisions.
VoltIQ
VoltIQ is a multi-brand solar fleet monitoring platform for installers. It pulls telemetry from supported manufacturer portals, presents it on a unified dashboard, generates automated issue alerts, identifies upsell opportunities, and delivers co-branded WhatsApp morning reports.
VoltIQ is R99 per month, in ZAR, billed monthly in advance. Month-to-month, no long-term contract.
Launch period
R99 per month is our launch price. Any change to pricing requires 30 days' written notice and applies from the next billing cycle. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Supported inverters
- Deye
- Sunsynk
- Luxpower
"Supported" means VoltIQ ingests telemetry from the manufacturer's portal or API and applies the full feature set: dashboard, issue detection, upsell flagging, and morning reports.
Other brands
We will add additional inverter brands over time. We make no guarantee of compatibility with any specific brand, model, firmware version, or third-party portal until that brand is listed as supported above. Subscribing to VoltIQ for a brand not yet listed is at your own risk and not eligible for a refund if integration is not feasible.
Upstream portals and continuity
VoltIQ pulls telemetry from each manufacturer's portal or API using credentials you provide. You are responsible for keeping those credentials valid (passwords, two-factor settings, OAuth tokens, account permissions). VoltIQ cannot deliver monitoring for an installation whose upstream credentials have lapsed.
Continuity of VoltIQ depends on upstream manufacturer portals remaining available. Outages, rate limits, or breaking API changes on the upstream side are excluded from our uptime target. We will work to restore service as quickly as the upstream allows but accept no liability for losses resulting from upstream disruption.
Alerts and reports are advisory
Issue alerts, upsell flags, and morning reports are advisory information. They are generated automatically from telemetry and do not replace site visits, electrical inspections, certified compliance checks, or licensed installer judgment. You remain solely responsible for any installation, repair, or commercial decision made on the basis of VoltIQ output.
Automated issue detection is best-effort. False positives and missed events can occur, particularly during firmware updates, extreme weather, or upstream API issues. We continuously improve detection logic but make no warranty of completeness or accuracy.
WhatsApp messaging
Co-branded WhatsApp morning reports are delivered through our messaging provider. The report carries your installer branding alongside the Do.Qix-powered footer.
End-user opt-in is your responsibility as the installer. You confirm that every recipient of a VoltIQ WhatsApp message has consented to receive automated solar performance updates from your business. We reserve the right to suspend WhatsApp messaging on credible reports of unsolicited contact, spam complaints, or breaches of WhatsApp's Business Policy. We will notify you in writing and provide a remediation window where reasonably possible.
White-label dashboard
The VoltIQ dashboard supports installer branding (logo, colour, contact details). Brand assets you upload remain your intellectual property. The underlying VoltIQ platform, including data models, detection logic, dashboard code, and report templates, remains the intellectual property of Do.Qix.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. On cancellation:
- VoltIQ stops pulling telemetry at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Co-branded WhatsApp reports stop at the same time.
- Your installer dashboard remains read-only for a 30-day data export window. After that, your VoltIQ data is permanently deleted.
- Cancellation does not affect the inverter installations themselves or your relationship with the manufacturer's portal. Those continue to operate independently of VoltIQ.
The general cancellation terms in our Terms and Conditions apply alongside the above.
SocialIQ
SocialIQ is an automated social media writer for SA businesses. It scrapes your industry sources, drafts 15 posts a week in your brand voice, and queues everything in a dashboard for you to approve before publishing.
SocialIQ pricing starts at R499 per month, in ZAR, billed monthly in advance. Final price scales with two dimensions: the social channels you choose and the posting cadence agreed at onboarding. Month-to-month, no long-term contract.
How pricing scales
The R499 floor reflects a baseline scope. Final monthly price depends on:
- Number of social channels: each channel adds drafting and platform-appropriate formatting work. WhatsApp teaser and promo overlays attached to other channels are included, not counted as a separate channel.
- Posting cadence: how many drafts per channel per week.
Scope, channels, cadence, and final price are confirmed in your engagement letter at onboarding before the first billing cycle. We don't lock you into a tier you didn't agree to.
What's included at every tier
- Research engine: scrapes RSS feeds and other industry sources you configure, scores items for relevance, and surfaces the best material for the writer.
- Brand-voice configuration: tone, vocabulary, do-not-say lists, and target audiences are configured once in your dashboard and apply to every draft.
- Weekly preview: the next cycle's content lands in the dashboard for you to edit, approve, or kill before anything publishes.
- Image generation: visuals are generated alongside each post; you can swap them in the dashboard.
- Feedback loop: every approval, edit, and rejection sharpens the next round. Drafts sound more like you over time, not less.
What's not included
- Publishing to platforms: SocialIQ produces ready-to-post drafts. You connect your own LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts (or copy-paste into your scheduler). We do not store credentials for the destination platforms.
- Paid media management: SocialIQ writes the organic content; ad spend, targeting, and campaign management are not part of this product.
- Strategic consulting: SocialIQ executes a content cadence; messaging strategy and brand positioning are out of scope (we offer that separately under Automation Services).
AI-generated drafts are advisory
Every post is AI-generated and queued for human review. We expect you to read each draft before approving. SocialIQ's role is to remove the blank-page problem; final content responsibility (accuracy, claims, regulatory compliance for your industry) rests with the approver.
Data sources
You configure the research sources (RSS feeds, blogs, public APIs). SocialIQ does not scrape closed platforms or anything that requires logged-in access without your explicit setup. Continuity depends on those upstream sources remaining available; outages on the source side are excluded from our uptime target.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. On cancellation:
- Drafting stops at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Your dashboard remains read-only for a 30-day data export window. After that, your SocialIQ data is permanently deleted.
- Cancellation does not affect your social accounts or anything you have already published.
The general cancellation terms in our Terms and Conditions apply alongside the above.
